Verifactu starts on 1 January 2027. Is your Verifactu software ready?
Spanish companies must invoice with Verifactu-compliant software from 1 January 2027, and the self-employed and other businesses from 1 July 2027. eYssen is more than an invoicing app: invoicing, point of sale, stock, webshop and accounting in one Verifactu-ready system, which can even run without licence fees.

Only a few invoices a month? Start with Verifactu invoicing alone, then add the till, stock, a webshop or accounting when your business needs them. Everything stays in one system, so you never have to switch software as you grow.
Limited companies (SL)
Your deadline comes first. Move invoicing, stock and accounting into one Verifactu-ready system now, instead of rushing in December.
Shops and self-employed with a till
Verifactu works in the point of sale too, so sales at the counter and your invoices come from the same system.
Businesses juggling separate apps
An invoicing app, a till, a stock spreadsheet and a separate webshop? Replace them with one connected system before the deadline.
Verifactu software, POS and accounting in one system.
Every part of eYssen works on the same data, so a sale at the till updates your stock and your accounts at the same time. Nothing is typed twice.
Verifactu-ready invoicing
Verifactu is available in back-office invoicing and in the point of sale. SII, TicketBAI and Facturae (FACe) are available as well.
Point of Sale
Tills for one shop or several, managed centrally, with your own receipt design and logo.
Stock and warehouse
Stock per warehouse, barcode scanning and inventory counts.
Webshop
An online shop on the same database, selling from your real stock.
Spanish accounting
PGC 2008 chart of accounts, IVA including recargo de equivalencia, IRPF withholding and Modelo 130, plus bank reconciliation and financial reports.

Verifactu at the till
Verifactu is available in the eYssen point of sale as well as in back-office invoicing.
One shop or several
Tills for one shop or several, managed centrally, with your own receipt design and logo.
Stock and accounts updated with every sale
Every sale at the till updates your stock and your accounts at the same time, and your webshop can sell from the same real stock.
When do you need to be ready?
From these dates, businesses in scope must issue their invoices with software that meets the Verifactu rules.
1 January 2027
Companies that pay corporate income tax (Impuesto sobre Sociedades), such as SL and SA.
1 July 2027
Everyone else in scope, including the self-employed (autónomos).
Not everyone is in scope. Verifactu does not apply in the foral territories of Álava, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Navarra, which have their own systems, such as TicketBAI. Businesses that already report through SII are also outside Verifactu. Dates as published by the AEAT (Real Decreto-ley 15/2025); read the AEAT notice. Your gestoría can confirm your own case.

Short answers to the most common questions about Verifactu and switching to eYssen.
What is Verifactu?
Verifactu is the common name for Spain's new rules for invoicing software (Real Decreto 1007/2023). Invoicing software must keep invoice records that cannot be altered and can be traced, and in Verifactu mode it sends each invoice record to the AEAT.
Does it apply to my business?
It applies to companies and self-employed people in Spain who invoice with software. It does not apply in Álava, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Navarra, or to businesses that already use SII. If in doubt, ask your gestoría.
Can I just use the free AEAT app?
The AEAT offers a free invoicing app for businesses that issue few invoices, but it only covers invoicing. With eYssen you can also start small, and the till, stock, webshop and accounting are ready in the same Verifactu-ready system when you need them.
Does Verifactu work at the till?
Yes. Verifactu is available in the eYssen point of sale as well as in back-office invoicing.
Can you move my data from my current software?
Yes. We import your customers, products and opening balances. How long it takes depends on your data and setup, and we give you a plan after the free consultation.
What is not available yet?
AEAT returns other than Modelo 130 (such as 303, 390, 111, 115, 347 and 349), SEPA remittances, Norma 43 bank files, B2B e-invoicing, gestoría access, and Redsys and Bizum are on our roadmap but not available yet. We will tell you openly in the demo what is ready for your case.
Is Verifactu mandatory?
Yes, for businesses established in Spain that issue invoices with invoicing software, with some exceptions: for example, businesses that report through SII or that are subject to the foral tax rules of the Basque Country or Navarra. Businesses that invoice only by hand, without any invoicing software, are not affected.
From when is Verifactu mandatory?
Companies that pay corporate income tax (Impuesto sobre Sociedades), such as SL and SA, must have their invoicing software adapted before 1 January 2027. All other businesses in scope, including the self-employed (autónomos), must do so before 1 July 2027. These dates were set by Real Decreto-ley 15/2025, as published by the AEAT.
Is there Verifactu software approved by the AEAT?
No. The AEAT does not approve or certify invoicing software, and there is no prior registration. The producer of the software certifies that it meets the rules with a declaración responsable (responsible declaration), which must be available in the software itself and to the customer.
What is the difference between VERI*FACTU and NO VERI*FACTU mode?
Both are valid ways to comply. In VERI*FACTU mode, the software automatically sends every invoice record to the AEAT online. In NO VERI*FACTU mode, the records are not sent but kept in the system, which then needs extra safeguards such as an electronic signature on each record and an event log, and the records must be provided to the AEAT on request. Invoices carry a QR code in both modes. If you choose VERI*FACTU, you must stay in it at least until the end of the calendar year.
Can I keep invoicing with Excel or Word?
It depends on how you use them. According to the AEAT, the rules do not apply if you only use a spreadsheet or word processor to enter, issue, print and keep your invoices. If you also use it to process the invoice data, for example with macros that generate your VAT books or your accounting, it counts as invoicing software and must meet the Verifactu requirements. Your gestoría can confirm your case.
How does Verifactu relate to SII and TicketBAI?
They are separate systems. Businesses that report through SII do not have to comply with Verifactu for their own invoices. In the Basque Country (Álava, Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia), businesses subject to the foral tax rules use TicketBAI instead, and in Navarra businesses subject to the foral rules are also outside Verifactu. In eYssen, SII and TicketBAI are available as well as Verifactu.
