The prices displayed are net prices and do not include tax (VAT).
Billing is calculated per half-hour increment, and any pre-paid service packages are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

eYssen with Cloud Hosting

eYssen itself is free, open-source software. Our plans are subscriptions for hosting, backups, updates and support: you pay for the servers and services, which we also pay our partners for, not for a software licence.

The suggested resource allocations (CPU and Memory) are calculated based on standard Odoo usage and typical internal operations. Environments with high-traffic websites, e-commerce stores, or extensive concurrent processes will inherently require and consume substantially more resources to maintain optimal performance.

What's Included

This package provides guaranteed, dedicated resources and the necessary infrastructure for the smooth operation of your eYssen/Odoo system:

  • Dedicated Compute Resources: Guaranteed CPU and Memory for the Odoo application container (within a Kubernetes cluster), plus access to a browser-based VS Code development environment.
  • PostgreSQL Database Cluster*: A separate, optimized cluster with its own CPU/Memory resources for fast and stable data management, scaled according to your evolving needs.
  • Data Storage: NFS or Combined storage – flexible, usage-based billed file storage for persistent data.
  • Backup: Usage-based billed, secure cloud-based object storage archiving for data protection.
  • Network Protection (Cloudflare): Global Content Delivery Network (CDN) and DDoS and WAF protection for faster response times and reliable network stability and security.

Fair Use: *Plan and resource fees are sized for normal, per-user business use of the system (the internal ERP work of the subscribed users); within this, the database (PostgreSQL) load is not billed separately. Exceptional loads are not included: high-traffic websites, webshops or portals (more requests need additional workers, and thus more CPU and memory), intensive API, integration or batch traffic, mass imports and heavy reports, and very large data volumes, where heavier queries put significant extra load on the database. If an instance’s load persistently exceeds normal use, we notify you in advance and propose a solution: additional resources (workers, vCPU, memory or dedicated database resources) at eYssen Cloud prices, optimisation or archiving, or a move to a dedicated server. If the stability of the shared infrastructure is at risk, we may apply immediate temporary limits. Details are set out in Section 3.11 of our Terms and Conditions.

Junior Consultant 30% OFF

For certain tasks (such as general onboarding or support), it is possible to request the assistance of a Junior Consultant. In this case, only 70% of the working time is charged. If the Junior Consultant is unable to provide an immediate answer, they will research the matter and follow up with you — naturally, this additional effort is not billed from your time.

For Immediate Phone or Online Support, a 50% Time Surcharge Applies!

Without a pre-scheduled appointment, the response time used is charged at 150% of the normal rate.
