Billing is calculated per half-hour increment, and any pre-paid service packages are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The suggested resource allocations (CPU and Memory) are calculated based on standard Odoo usage and typical internal operations. Environments with high-traffic websites, e-commerce stores, or extensive concurrent processes will inherently require and consume substantially more resources to maintain optimal performance.

- Data Storage Cluster (NFS): Flexible, usage-based billed NFS file storage for persistent data.
- Backup: Usage-based billed, secure cloud-based object storage archiving for data protection.
- Network Protection (Cloudflare): Global Content Delivery Network (CDN) and DDoS and WAF protection for faster response times and reliable network stability and security.
PostgreSQL Note: *The PostgreSQL load (CPU/Memory) is not billed separately, as sufficient resources are allocated to handle standard application usage. However, in the event of exceptionally high database load, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing.
