eYssen has no licence fee: your clients pay only for hosting and the services they choose. You bring the client and the support; we run the servers, the updates and the bug fixes. The partnership has no entry fee and no volume quota, and you earn commission on the subscriptions for as long as you work with the client.

At every level: 10% commission on cloud resources (VPS). You move up as soon as you meet the requirements. If you stop meeting one, you get a 12-month grace period before moving down. The top level, Platinum, is invitation-only and meant for contributors.
How much do you earn per client?
The commission is just the bonus.
A 20-user company on the Professional plan pays us €3,840 a year. As a Gold partner, €768 of that is yours, and you sell them the support too.
Example. You agree the support rate and hours with your client. The one-off implementation fee comes on top.

Register the lead and it is yours for 90 days. Commission starts with the first subscription payment received.

As soon as you meet the next level's requirements, we move you up straight away and the higher commission applies.
Contributor track
Do you develop, localise or translate? This is the road to Platinum partnership.
eYssen is open source. Those who make a visible, proven contribution to its development can be invited to join the Platinum partners.
No CLA
What you contribute stays truly open source. You never have to agree that we may move your work into a commercial, closed version.
Development and localisation
Your contribution goes into eYssen and is credited by name in the release notes.
Translation and documentation
New languages and better documentation, so eYssen can be implemented in more markets.

What earns commission?
The net subscription fee actually received. Hourly work and custom development do not.
When do we pay?
As soon as the client has paid. You decide when to invoice us.
Who owns the client?
A registered lead is yours for 90 days. Commission on a client continues for as long as you actively manage them.
We don't compete with you
We don't sell hourly services to your clients without your consent.
Leads we send you
If we found the client and pass them to you, half of your level's commission applies.
Measured satisfaction
We ask your clients directly twice a year, based on at least 5 responses.
No. There is no entry fee and no annual fee, at any level.
You decide per client. If you only recommend eYssen, referral commission applies; if you implement and support it, your implementation level's commission applies.
As an implementation partner you choose. Either we invoice the subscription and you receive commission, or you buy it from us at a discount and invoice it yourself. In both cases you invoice the support.
Commission goes to the partner who actively manages the client. If the client chooses another partner in writing, the commission moves with them.
Not as a referrer. As an implementation partner, yes: eYssen is an enhanced version of Odoo Community, so your Odoo know-how applies directly.
Practically anywhere. We welcome applications from any country where you have clients.
Yes. We don't impose any restrictions: everyone sells and supports the systems they believe in.
In principle, Odoo's partner agreement doesn't forbid it either: the partnership is non-exclusive, and partners may also offer services on other versions, such as Community. However, the agreement says partners will do their best to sell Odoo Enterprise and market it in priority, so Odoo could object if it wanted to. The Enterprise source code is confidential and you may not carry it over to another system. For details, see the Odoo partnership agreement.
